Yes that is the voice of the great Jeremy Irons. He and my company Doctrine Creative teamed up in this visualization on reforesting via permaculture.

This creative presentation was premiered at a TED Talk alongside speaker and a “modern Renaissance man” Bill Liao in an attempt to bring light to our planet’s revival through a ‘permaculture’ approach by reforesting.

The Storyboard here was created by my brother/creative partner Derek Alan Rowe after countless hours of figuring out the concept and idea for the animation.
